AStateCouncilexecutivemeetingonWednesdayreviewedandapprovedaplantodigitalizegovernmentservicesnationwideduringthe14thFive-YearPlanperiod(2021-2025).Chinawillacceleratetheconstructionofadigitalgovernmenttoimproveadministrativeservices,accordingtothemeeting,whichwaschairedbyPremierLiKeqiang.国务院总理李克强11月17日主持召开国务院常务会议，审议通过"十四五"推进国家政务信息化规划，加快建设数字政府、提升政务服务水平。
Accordingly,thecountryshouldcreateanationaldigitalgovernmentnetworktoimproveregionalandinteragencyinformationsharing,andensureitsdigitalpublicservicescovermoresectorsandbecomemoreaccessible,accordingtothemeeting.Italsoneedstoincreasetheuseofdigitaltechnologiesduringmajoremergenciesandencouragethedigitalizationofmarketregulation,themeetingsaid.会议指出，要构建统一的国家电子政务网络体系，推动地方、部门实现信息共享；在多个领域提供更便捷的电子政务公共服务；深化数字技术在重大突发事件应急处置中的应用；加强市场监管信息化建设。

Theyalsoagreedtoissueone-yearmultipleentryvisastojournalistsfromtheothercountry.双方同意为对方国家记者颁发一年多次入境签证。
Bothpartieswillapprovevisasonanequalfootingfornewjournalistswhomeetapplicationrequirementsinaccordancewithlawsandregulations.双方将依法依规为符合申请要求的新任常驻记者对等审批签证。
